Un véritable artisanat
We want to honor craftsmanship with our artisanal butcher's shop, which will serve local and high quality meat. The butcher's shop is located on the ground floor and has a glazed laboratory and workshop to work transparently in front of our customers. You will find the essentials of traditional butchery, preparations according to the seasons and also meat matured on site, cold meats and catering dishes prepared by the restaurant's kitchen.
All the carcasses are selected and refined on site. The meat comes from local farms and is supplied by the company Outrebon, which have been peggers for three generations. Mr. Philippe Outrebon is president of the Association Porc des Hauts pays (Pigs of the region) to which we belong.
Maison CHOCHOIS will also soon give you the possibility of ordering in click and collect and picking up your order until 10:30 p.m. (your order must be sent before 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and before 1 p.m. on Sunday to give us time to prepare it).
